It was a painless experience from the initial phone call until our household goods were delivered. They handled the scheduling of the estimator, the moving company, and the delivery dates, AND they kept us informed at every step in the process. The price was competitive and the moving company did a great job. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you all state movers for a great job

It was an easy move for me. At first, I got worried how to move all the things on my own to my new apartment. Then my wife suggested me the name- all state movers. When I hired them, they seemed like very trained and experienced movers. They wrapped and packed everything within a short period of time and delivered to my new apartment safely. The company trains their men very well and the crew is very helpful. During this move, nothing was damaged or broken. They just made my work easier than I thought.

100% recommend! I used All state movers service and it was super easy.pick up and Drop off were as scheduled, Not only were the guys incredible, but the office staff was also great to work with! Loved these guys. Said they were coming with 3 guys and quoted me about 4 hours for about $650. They came with 4 guys and finished in 2.5 hrs and saved me a couple hundred dollars...THANKS GUYS!!

Good job all around. Answered lots of questions up front, went the extra mile on moving day. Everything was as advertised. One snafu - I was told I could pay in credit card for small fee when items were picked up, instead had to stop and get cash. Otherwise, everything went smoothly.

The manager from All state movers was great. He massively helped me out explaining where exactly my money was going. It was a small shipment for my son’s new school and I was able to find a partial load so that the price would be lower. But their service charge was quite reasonable. I have never seen anyone work going up and down the stairs without touching the walls. They were great. I would definitely recommend them.

One of the worst moving companies. I had horrible experience with them. They have pickup my stuff on 18th and said will deliver on 25th same month. If you call them they have not confirmed my delivery date after next month 10th. If i call them ask for deliver date " they put in hold for 10 mins and saying that will let you know in hour and they have not called". Weekends they do not work. Basically they give your stuff to 3rd party people again. So they are not control of when can deliver. They are not giving exact date and also no updates. While they are loading the stuff. They are not careful because they are 3rd party people. I do not recommend to any one. One more thing they say 300 cubic feet means very little space in the truck. If any of your box more than that they wont consider need to pay more. No tracking of your move. I have moved to my place 15 days back, imagine if you do not have stuff how can you stay at your place. I had to buy some of the stuff which is extra money for you and not comfortable.

This is the worst company they charged my mother with cancer 900$ to move her stuff from Florida to Ohio normally a days drive . Yet it was picked up on February 4th and received on March 10th . It was not wrapped as promised they left her dressers behind and strapped her bed to the outside doors of the Simi stuck . No tarp or anything to protect the bed. I do not recommend this company and m suing them.

I have to say that this company is super nice. I have moved before several times and All State Movers was the best service I have received. The crew came on time, the work was expedited super quick and the price was very reasonable. I will use them again!!!

The moving company did a great job helping me move! They were respectful to me and my stuff. Also Shawn, the person who helped me through the process on the phone, was so kind and informative! I don't think it would have been so easy without him. He definitely made it a 5 star experience.

Choosing All State was the best thing I did for my local move. I had so many shady companies call me, Then I get a call from a gentleman named Shawn. He educated on the whole moving industry, "mind you its my first time using a mover". Lets just say after that call I was informed and given 1st hand knowledge. Now as far as the crew that came, absolute rock stars. My estimate was spot on as promised! 5 stars All State!

Great moving company did a fantastic job. Very prompt and professional. The manager Shawn was very helpful and answered all the questions and concerns I had and made it a very smooth transition from one house to the next. I would recommend to any of my family or friends.

Worst move ever, Quote was $2700, half way through packing the truck told us the move would be $4800. Couldn't give us an accurate delivery date, showed up on the 4th of july. Did not put furniture back together. After going through our stuff realized that boxes had been open searched and jewelry, cloths, perfume and other items where missing. Tried to file claims but could not get any answers from anyone. Oh well learning experience for us. This people are scum bags. Do not use or trust them with your possessions. If this rating could go lower , they would get a negative 100000000000. Did i mention they damage your house and possessions. WARNING this company is a Bait and Switch before you booked anything from them search their DOT# on safer.fmcsa.dot.gov and you will be surprise and be thankful that you did not used this company. They don't EXIST!!!!!!

The only reason why I decided to write about a company like this one is because they did a wonderful job. I must say All State Movers Inc have the best packers. I was moving with my family. It went smoothly. They really worked with us in our budget and provided many different options. They also provide free storage which we took advantage of that . All State movers offered a great price for an even greater service. They did their job quickly and efficiently. All my things were treated with the utmost care and the people were professional. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who asked me for some good movers. If you have the option to pick these guys, do it without any hesitation, they are the real deal.

We had a terrible experience with All State Movers, Inc. It's important for potential customers to know that All State Movers, Inc. misrepresents their services. They claim on their website that "only we handle pickup and delivery." We also confirmed with them in person that they do not use contractors. But the driver and delivery crew made it completely clear to us that they were contractors who were not employed by All State Movers, Inc. The contracted driver was clearly not properly vetted: he was unprofessional, aggressive, and hostile. Within the first ten minutes of his arrival, I had to ask him politely if he could conduct himself more professionally. Instead, he became more verbally combative. He was uncooperative in moving our furniture where we wanted it (in other words, he refused), did not take adequate care in moving our belongings, and was in a massive rush. As the truck neared empty, it became clear that he had not conducted an detailed inventory review. We asked for the inventory list (which he initially refused to give us) and a few minutes to review the inventory, since it was clear he didn't plan to do a walk through. He completely flew off the handle, shouting threateningly right up in my face and demanding that we sign the receipt of goods immediately. We had to demand he leave our property immediately and felt coerced into signed the receipt of goods just to avoid harm to ourselves and damage to our property. As we walked through the house immediately after he left it was evident that a piece of furniture was indeed missing and, in addition to not placing our furniture where we wanted it, they had not assembled several pieces of furniture, a number of boxes had clear signs of being dropped or otherwise mishandled, and there were significant gouges and scratches on our piano and other pieces of furniture (including a few photos below). I have since called four times to report these serious problems and sent a formal complaint letter. It has now been a week since our move and the owners have made no attempt to rectify the situation. Moving is stressful enough without completely unprofessional movers who fail to perform the services they contract for. I would never use All State Movers, Inc. again and I'd recommend potential customers look elsewhere as well.

All State movers is an affordable and highly efficient option. The movers were quick, respectful, and did a fantastic job. All of my belongings were tended to without any mishaps occurring. I would absolutely recommend All State movers to anyone looking to move their items with an excellent, helpful team.

All State Movers initially gave a great price and a great delivery date as well. Unfortunately those dates were given by an employee (Krystal) who was apparently fired after selling us their services because of "false promises" to customers. Due to that, our stuff was not delivered for over two weeks past the original delivery window agreed upon, and furthermore when it did arrive it was damaged (see pictures - not all the damage is shown). I think if you're moving to a bigger city with frequent truck traffic, this may be a decent service, but beware that you get what you pay for.

This company has saved my family and I money as well as time and energy. The movers were so proficient and moved my things in a timely manner. I had no scratches or scuff marks on any of my furniture and everything was wrapped tightly and securely. I recommend you guys to all of my friends and family whenever moving services are needed. I have been and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I had you guys move me in June. With one of the worst experiences ever. I was quoted one price and then once my items were in the truck I was charged 2x literally 100% of the difference. My things were moved to storage where they sat til just recently. I have two bookshelves completely missing as well as a side table. TWO of my flat screen TVs were either dropped or properly mishandled causing them to no longer display a screen. When my TVs were originally put in storage the movers laid them face down. Now I do not have any televisions I had insurance to protect me from the move. Worst customer service from start to finish. Rude and hostile. Please save yourself from this headache. Quick to take your money but not admit when they are at fault. No communication thru the different sections.

I was refereed to All State Movers from a family member who had moved with them about 3-4 months ago. I mean we all know what kind of hassle moving can be, not to mention when you move across country. I had the best experience I think you can have moving.... Great crew great job Thanks again
